Yuma, Arizona

Lowe’s store located in Yuma, Arizona coated with the TEXCOTE COOLWALL® SUPERCOTE™ System and REFLECT-TEC® System incorporating IR reflective pigments technology in February 2013 and evaluated for color change over time. Three colors were chosen to be utilized on this project, Light Beige, Medium Beige and Dark Beige. We also supplied the blue and red that is on the front of the store. Readings were not obtainable, given the height of the sign. However, red and blue REFLECT-TEC™ colors appear intact. Color readings were taken at various sites and directional exposures using an X-Rite portable Spectrophotometer, Model SP60. Massalina Memorial Homes elected to use Textured Coatings of America, Inc. to provide a superior exterior coating solution for their Panama City apartment complex. The apartment complex, a brick structure, was coated with the TEXCOTE® COOLWALL® SUPER-COTE™ System, incorporating IR reflective pigment technology, in March of 2012 and evaluated for color change over time. The chosen colors were COOLWALL® SUPER-COTE™ Dixieland (Gray) over the main body of the buildings and COOLWALL® SUPER-COTE™ Onyx Black on the shutters. This Kohl’s store is located in the Florida panhandle. The climate in this region ranges from the low teens in the winter to over 100° Fahrenheit with 100% humidity during the summer. This building was coated with the TEXCOTE® COOLWALL® SUPERCOTE® TEXTURED SYSTEM, incorporating IR reflective pigment technology, in June of 2007, and was evaluated for color change over time. Two different colors were used; Spectrum Brown (Dark) and Monastery Brown (Light). The Panama City Marina Civic Center, located in Panama City, Florida, was coated in October of 2012 with the TEXCOTE® COOLWALL® SUPERCOTE™ SMOOTH TEXTURE SYSTEM and TEXCOTE® REFLECT-TEC® SYSTEM, incorporating IR reflective pigment technology and evaluated for color change over time. The chosen colors for the exterior walls were; COOLWALL® SUPERCOTE™ Bleached Sand (Off-White) and COOLWALL® SUPERCOTE™ Fading Rose. The metallic side doors were coated with TEXCOTE® REFLECT-TEC® Bleached Sand (Off-White), matching the colors of the walls.
