TEX-COTE® Elastomeric Roof Coating is a high solids latex acrylic coating formulated to impart superior resistance to ponding water conditions.
 
It has excellent adhesion to fresh urethane foam, galvanized metal, aluminum, concrete, cementitious tile, and clay tile.
 
Titanium dioxide and zinc oxide have been compounded into the fillers to insure protection from ultraviolet and infrared sun rays.
 
For mildew protection, a non-mercurial system is included. 
 
Dry film permeability permits breathing of the membrane which allows moisture vapor pressure from the substrate to escape through the coating.
