TEX-COTE® XL 70® C "W" BRIDGE COTE® (Cure and Cote) is a water-based high-build, advanced epoxy-acrylate resin system. 
 
This material is specially formulated to function both as a concrete curing compound and as a concrete protective coating for use over newly formed/poured concrete surfaces. 
 
It is used for the protection and beautification of bridges and above-grade surfaces such as concrete barrier walls, etc.
