XL 70® Primer is ready-to-use where damp, uncured cementitious surfaces are common, or where excessive amounts of alkali are present in the substrate.
 
XL 70® Primer provides the proper surface for TCA Coatings such as TC600, TC100, TC300, XL70® Textured Coating, or TEX-COTE® Stretch.
 
This product line is a solvent-based vinyl toluene acrylic (VTAC) material.
